Singer Justin Timberlake is being sued by Cirque du Soleil for copyright infringement.
Cirque claims that the Grammy-winning singer illegally used a sample of one of their original songs titled "Steel Dream," which originally appeared in Cirque's show "Quidam" and on a 1997 album of the same name.
It was reportedly used on Timberlake's track "Don't Hold the Wall."
Timberlake's co-writers were also named in the lawsuit.
Cirque is seeking $800,000 in damages.
Timerlake has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
