A new report by the Boston Herald says that Steve Wynn's company knew about the claims of sexual abuse by Wynn before the investigation began.
The information was revealed in a court filing last week.
Wynn says that he told former board members John Moran and "possibly" Linda Chen about the allegations made against him by a manicurist.
The Gaming Commission has said since the beginning that it wants to know if anyone with the Wynn company was aware of the allegations before the formal investigation.
