Changes are coming to the Las Vegas Strip and the latest project is taking some by surprise.
A lot near Las Vegas Boulevard and Sahara Avenue where the old Wet 'N Wild used to be has been empty for years.
But within the last few days, people have started noticing that something is happening.
Clark County Commissioner Steve Sisolak says that 2 permits were issued recently.
One possibility is an arena that has been proposed by Jackie Robinson. Another possibility is some sort of concert venue.
Right now, it is not obvious what is being planned for the empty lot.
