UPDATE DEC. 13: Oscar Licea has been named as the patient that exposed himself to a woman at Centennial Hills Hospital.
ORIGINAL STORY: A Las Vegas woman is suing Centennial Hills Hospital because the hospital allegedly did not protect here from an attempted sexual assault by a psychiatric patient, according to Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The woman was in the emergency room when she claims that the unguarded and unrestrained man followed her to a restroom and exposed himself.
She was able to run away but she has now filed a lawsuit.
The hospital says that it's aware of the incident and regret that it happened.
