Around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, police received a call of a shooting near Revere Street and Carey Avenue.
When they arrived, they found an adult female in her late 30s with a gunshot wound.
She was transported to UMC Trauma in serious condition. At this time there are no suspects in custody.
