KINGMAN (KTNV) — The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office in Arizona is continuing the investigation into a tour-bus accident that occurred on Jan. 22 in Dolan Springs.

The incident occurred on milepost 5 on Diamond Bar Rd. at approximately 12:21 PM. The bus, managed by Comedy On Deck Tours out of Las Vegas, rolled and landed on its side.

One passenger, identified as Shelley Ann Voges, 53 of Boonville, Indiana, was deceased on the scene.

Initial reports were two of the passengers were transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center with critical injuries at the time of the incident. The current information is that three passengers were seen at Kingman Regional Medical Center with critical injuries.

Two of the initial three passengers who sustained critical injuries were later transported to Las Vegas area hospitals for treatment. All three critical patients are stable.

Forty additional passengers of the bus were treated at Kingman Regional Medical Center and released.

The majority of the passengers were from the United States. One passenger was from Europe. The passengers ranged from 20 years of age to 60 years of age.

The investigation into why the accident occurred is still ongoing, and more information will be released pending the results of the investigation.
