LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The weird weather will continue for at least a few more days in the Las Vegas valley.
Monday's high temperature is expected to be 73 degrees. That is about 20 degrees below normal for the month of May. It will also still be windy on Monday. Breezes could gust up to 25 mph this morning and then again this afternoon through tonight.
The chance of rain is back on Tuesday with a forecasted high of 75. 30 mph wind gusts are expected on Tuesday, We will drop a few degrees on Wednesday — we may not even make it out of the 60s -- but will be back up around 75 degrees on Thursday. The lows will be in the 50s during that time.
By this weekend, we should be back in the low 80s but it will still be a little windy.
Las Vegas has already beat its yearly average total for 2019. Our average rainfall is 4.19 inches. By May 10, the valley had received 4.71 for the year.
