Las Vegas residents woke up to the sound of thunder and the sight of lightning this morning.
Initially predicted to be scattered showers, updated weather reports now list this morning's showers as a widespread monsoon storm. Parts of the Las Vegas valley are seeing flooding on roads and delays due to the weather.
