A vehicle plunged off the 5th floor of a parking structure at the Edgewater hotel-casino in Laughlin on Wednesday morning.

The fatal detail from Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says it looks like this was just a terrible accident.
A 19 year old from California had just dropped his mother off at the casino, then went to look for a parking spot when he drove off the garage. The car landed on its roof, trapping the teen inside. Firefighters had to come out and extricate him the SUV. He was rushed to a hospital in Arizona before being airlifted to University Medical Center.
