LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Police say a driver likely had a medical episode moments before crashing their truck near Tropicana and Eastern Avenue on Tuesday afternoon.
The crash happened just after 3 p.m.
Debris and damage were scattered along Topaz Street, where a cement wall at a car wash was broken through.
The truck involved came to rest just inches away from a building inside a townhouse complex.
The driver was the only person injured and was rushed to Sunrise Hospital.
