Here is a chance to get your children exciting about reading! The community is invited to the Vegas Valley Book Festival.
The festival will be held Oct. 15-17 in downtown Las Vegas and the Clark County Library.
The event will bring together a wide variety of literary genres and cultural programs, with most events taking place at the Historic Fifth Street School.
Kids will enjoy hours of free entertainment, readings by top children’s authors, costumed characters, interactive activities, music, meeting authors and illustrators of children’s books and bilingual presentations.
There will be several top children's authors at the event who will take turns storytelling from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
