LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A Las Vegas man accused of beating his wife to death with a baseball bat will remain in custody until his bail hearing on June 4th.
37-year-old Slobodan Miljus appeared in court today. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 20.
Police say Miljus claimed his wife was cheating on him and he reached his boiling point.

On May 17, police responded to a domestic call at an apartment near Sahara Avenue and Fort Apache Road.
Officers discovered Miljus laying beside a woman, Zvjezdana Bencun, with an apparent head wound.
Bencun was transported to the University Medical Center but did not survive from her injuries.

"I'm not happy, but I don't feel sorry for what I did either" Miljus told 13 Action News from the Clark County Detention Center just hours after his first court appearance earlier this week.
Officers say the couple was involved in a previous domestic-related incident and a teen notified authorities about the May 17 situation by calling them from a nearby gas station.
