U.S. home sales rose a record breaking 24.7% in July.
The new information comes from the National Association of Realtors. The bump follows June home sales which went up nearly 21%.
That's two straight months of record-breaking gains. The housing market has been one of the most resilient sectors of the economy during the pandemic.
