UPDATE: Las Vegas police say that the woman is no longer threatening to jump and the interstate has been reopened. The incident ended shortly before 8 a.m. The woman was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

U.S. 95 has been closed in both directions near Lone Mountain Road because of a possible jumper.
Traffic is currently being diverted.
