UNLV is concerned for its students who might be affected by President Trump's travel ban and is taking steps to help those students.
The Office of International Students and Scholars at UNLV held a question and answer session for those students on Wednesday.
There are more than 1,400 international students at UNLV and a handful of them are from the countries that are covered by the ban.
Those students were advised to postpone any travel plans they might have at this time.
