UNLV basketball player's ring stolen

Several members of the UNLV men's basketball team returned home from their road trip to Boise State to find their apartment burglarized.

 

The mother of Stephen Zimmerman tweeted a photo, saying the door of their apartment had been kicked and the place was looted.

 

Among the items stolen was Zimmerman's McDonald's High School All-American ring. Las Vegas police confirm they are investigating the burglary.

 

There is no word on whether any changes will be made to protect the players' homes.
