Two people are in custody after what came in as a medical call, turned out to be a fight that may have involved drugs and guns.
Nevada Highway Patrol received a call that two men were in a vehicle near Sloan, NV doing drugs on Tuesday.
When they arrived, they found the passenger on the side of the freeway.
Troopers tracked down the driver at I-15 and Charleston and he was arrested.
A felony investigation is underway.
