The Nevada Department of Corrections is reporting two inmate deaths over the past week.
On March 15, 67-year-old Reynoldo Duquesne died in the Regional Medical Facility in Carson City around 5 p.m. He was committed on Jan. 18, 2009 and was serving 8-20 years for Attempted Murder.
Officials were unable to contact or notify Duquesne's next of kin and are asking for the public's assistance. Anyone who knows a member of the inmate's family should call the NDOC at 775-887-3309.
Four days later on March 19, 78-year-old Robert Gonzales died at approximately 7:59 a.m. at the Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center. He was serving 20 years to Life for First Degree Murder. Next of kin have been notified.
