A verbal fight lead to a stabbing on the bridge between New York, New York hotel-casino and MGM Grand around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The victim was taken to a hospital where he was treated for knife injuries. Officials say he will be okay.
The suspect was also brought to the hospital for unspecified, non-life threatening injuries.
