Real estate broker Scott Gragson, 53, appeared in Las Vegas courtroom this morning.
He pled not guilty to one count of DUI resulting in death, 2 counts of DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm and 3 counts of reckless driving.

His trial date has been set for March 16, 2020.
The fatal crash happened on May 30 after a charity golf tournament.
Gragson was headed to his Summerlin home with 3 passengers when the crash occured. Melissa Newton was killed in the crash.
Gragson's lawyers also asked for the grand jury transcript to be sealed. The judge denied the request.
Gragson was advised by the judge to stay out of trouble.
