The Casino Center Boulevard on-ramp to northbound U.S. 95 will intermittently be closed nightly from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Feb. 8 through March 3 in downtown Las Vegas.
The closures are required for placing foundation footings and concrete support columns for Active Traffic Management signs that are being erected as part of Project Neon.
