As the Electric Daisy Carnival comes to an end Monday morning, thousands of festival goers are making their way home.
Traffic is at a standstill near Las Vegas Boulevard and Lamb Boulevard. Avoid the area at all costs.
Interstate 15 is also moving slowly near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Top speeds have been reported at 11 miles per hour.
