LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas is always changing and so are the people who visit.

It's still a hot spot for millennials and there have been a lot of people from the west coast move to the valley.

But the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority says tourism from Southern California is down.

The percentage of California visitors usually sits between 25 and 27 percent.

The LVCVA says last year it was 19.

Those that visit Las Vegas the most are millennials and they tend to spend money in nightclubs and pool parties.

The reason for the decrease is unclear.
