Topgolf at the MGM Grand hotel-casino is in a battle with some neighbors who live nearby after asking Clark County to extend the hours they're allowed to play live music.

Right now, Topgolf has to shut down the entertainment at 10 p.m.

They're asking to be able to play music until they close, which is 1 a.m. during the week and 2 a.m. on weekends.

Topgolf declined to comment.

The Paradise Township Advisory Board voted not to recommend the proposal.

The Clark County Commission is set to hear it next month.
