LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Las Vegas LGBTQ community gathered at The Center Thursday for a presidential candidate town hall watch party.
Several of the democratic candidates for president took part in a town hall in Los Angeles.
Some of the watch party attendees called the event "historic."
"It's one of the first times that the candidates are talking about LGBTQ issues at a town hall. Its' incredibly exciting to hear about issues affecting my community," said Alyssa Cortes.
