UPDATE 8/6 11:29 PM: Metro Police confirm the barricaded suspect has been taken into custody.

ORIGINAL STORY:
LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Metro Police are responding to a "domestic dispute" between two men that led to a barricade in the southeast valley on Wednesday night.

A male suspect refused to surrender to authorities, prompting SWAT to respond.

The area will be closed until the event is concluded.
