ORIGINAL STORY:
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is on the scene of a barricade situation near East Vegas Valley Drive and South Nellis Boulevard Saturday night.
Police say the suspect pistol-whipped a neighbor in the 3000 block of Cabana Drive shortly before 6 p.m. When police arrived, the armed suspect refused to come out of his trailer.
