The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Las Vegas field office are involved in a joint investigating of Lewie Frank Carr, aka London, for involvement in operating a prostitution ring in the Las Vegas area.
On September 25, Carr was arrested for the crimes of sex trafficking, pandering and accept/receive earnings of a prostitute and booked into the Clark County Detention Center. Evidence gathered thus far suggests there may be more victims.
