The report was produced by personal finance website WalletHub, with Nevada ranked No. 45 overall.
The Silver State was last in education and childcare along with affordability, according to the study.
However, Nevada did crack the top 10 for family fun activities.
The study had Minnesota as the best place to raise a family with New Mexico ranked last.
