LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — According to a recent study, rent in the Las Vegas area is at the top when it comes to growth.
Rent in Vegas is up over 4 percent year over year, according to Apartment List.
However, the report also suggests the city remains affordable in comparison to other large cities with a median rental cost of $1150.
This number is less than the national average and significantly lower than the rent in Southern California.
