LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A gun was found at a Clark County middle school.
In a letter sent to parents, the principal of Lawrence and Heidi Canarelli Middle School confirmed that administration had confiscated a gun from a student. Principal Jacklyn Ayala also confirmed the student had been arrested.
The letter closed by saying that because this is a police matter, the district would be unable to discuss specifics.
