Sprint is providing a bit of positive news for job seekers across the Las Vegas valley. The company is opening 7 new locations around the Las Vegas-area and that means more jobs opening up around town.
Sprint released this statement regarding the new stores and jobs:
Sprint (NYSE:S) continues to expand its presence and investment in the Southwest with plans to add more than 300 new jobs and 44 new retail locations throughout parts of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah and West Texas by the end of 2017.
The new jobs will include a combination of retail, operations and technical experts. Currently, Sprint counts more than 2,250 regional employees, inclusive of employees in Idaho and New Mexico, and operates nearly 400 branded retail locations throughout the Southwest region.
The new stores are pretty spread out across the city. Here's a list of the upcoming locations:
- 55 North Stephanie Street - Henderson, NV
- 2570 E Desert Inn Road - Las Vegas, NV
- 7219 South Eastern Avenue - Las Vegas, NV
- 2342 East Bonanza Road - Las Vegas, NV
- 334 West Lake Mead Parkway - Henderson, NV
- 3531 South Rainbow Boulevard - Las Vegas, NV
