The Nevada Senate and Assembly spent the night reading over two bills sent down from the Governor's office.
They will have their first chance to discuss them in just a few hours.
This after the Governor's office brokered a deal with the electric car maker.
Faraday Future would get up to $215 million dollars in tax incentives. The car maker wants to build a billion dollar factory in North Las Vegas. It would reportedly create around 13,000 jobs in Southern Nevada.
Lawmakers say on the surface the deal appears to be a positive.
Both side of the legislature will need to approve the deal before the company could break ground at the Apex site.
