LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Southern Hills Hospital is now the first in Las Vegas to use augmented reality to perform a surgery.
The surgeon wears a headset with a camera and an augmented reality picture of the patient's body is displayed in front of them.
It also lets surgeons see through the patient as if they have x-ray vision.
