LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Southern Nevada Health District says six people have died from the flu in Clark County in one week.
Between Feb. 9-15, one person in the 25-49 age group died, online records show. Three people in the 50-64 died, and two people in the 65+ age group died.
The newly-reported deaths bring the total number of flu deaths for the season to 31.
It's worth noting, two flu deaths in the 0-4 age group were initially recorded for the week of Feb. 2-8. SNHD says one of those deaths has since been classified.
