LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — U.S. Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-Nev) will host a roundtable with Las Vegas valley marijuana businesses on April 22.

Rosen says she will discuss her recent efforts to support economic growth and hear from Nevada’s legally-operating marijuana businesses about the importance of access to banking and other financial services.

Although marijuana is legal in Nevada, banks are reluctant to accept marijuana-related money since it remains illegal under federal law.
