Many people are feeling anxious about the coronavirus and especially anxious if the live and work in the Las Vegas valley.
Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations. People who may feel more stress or older people and people with a chronic disease; children and teenagers; first responders and other people who may still have to work with the public; and people who have mental health conditions, including problems with substance abuse.
It's important during this time to practice self-care, especially if you are a parent or responsible for caring for other people.
