Joshua Chavira was arrested regarding a home invasion and grand larceny auto that was originally reported near Hualapai Way and Town Center Drive around 9:17 p.m. on Thursday.
Chavira is reported to have driven to the 9900 block of Coral Sands Drive where he hit a vehicle and crashed into a wall in the 2900 block of Setting Sun.
Chavira attempted to steal a vehicle from another residence where the residents were able to subdue Chavira until police arrived.
Chavira was transported to UMC for treatment of injuries received while he was being subdued by the citizens.
