A witness called 9-1-1 around 11:55 p.m. Monday after hearing gunshots near J Street and Washington Avenue.
Police responded and located about 10 shell casings. Three residences were struck by bullets. No injuries were reported.
A preliminary investigation indicates that the occupants of a dark-colored SUV were randomly shooting out the window.
