A man from Boston is accused of attempted sexual assault and battery after police said he attacked a woman inside a restroom at the Delano hotel.
According to an arrest report obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Jared Deflurin was naked inside a women's restroom.
A woman walked in and though she was in the wrong bathroom when the suspect allegedly attacked her when she turned to leave.
The arrest report says she started screaming and then managed to break free as other people rushed in to help.
