Police are investigating an apparent homicide at a hotel-casino on the west edge of Reno along Interstate 80.
Police say they found an adult male dead at Boomtown about 3 miles east of the California line at about 7 a.m. Monday.
Detectives in the robbery homicide division say a preliminary investigation indicates he had been shot but no other details have been released.
