A record-breaking number of soccer fans watched the Mexican national soccer team take on Iceland at Sam Boyd Stadium on Wednesday night.

It was the largest crowd to ever watch a soccer game in our city.

More than 30,000 people filled the stadium and the game was trending online at one point.

Mexico won with a score of 1-0.

If you are a soccer fan and want more, LA Galaxy will play the San Jose Earthquakes at Cashman Field on Saturday.
