LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Henderson was hit with monsoon moisture on Tuesday.
The rain comes as an Excessive Heat Warning is in effect in the Las Vegas valley and surrounding area.
The National Weather Service says some rain and gusty winds are possible in parts of the valley.

Despite the moisture, the valley remains in triple-digit temperatures.

There are multiple cooling stations open around the valley for anyone who needs them.
