A new poll shows Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are fighting a close race so far in Nevada.

A Monmouth University poll shows Clinton leading by just four points with a 45 percent to 41 percent lead over Trump. A majority of voters say they have negative opinions on both the Democratic and Republican presidential candidates.

The poll also looked at Nevada's competitive Senate race to replace retiring Sen. Harry Reid. Voters slightly prefer Republican Joe Heck to Democrat Catherine Cortez Masto by a 42 percent to 40 percent advantage.
