Police arrest 3 Henderson burglary suspects

UPDATE: Three men were arrested Wednesday night in connection with a pair of burglaries in Henderson in which the suspects pried open the back door of two residences and stole items from inside.
 
Henderson Police took 23-year-old Rayshawn Jones, 23-year-old Jalen Hall and 19-year-old Antoine Phillips, into custody late Wednesday night. They were booked into the Henderson Detention Center on one count of home invasion and one count of grand larceny.
 
ORIGINAL STORY:
 
Police swarmed a Henderson neighborhood near South Valle Verde Drive and West Horizon Ridge Parkway for hours Wednesday night. The call came in at 7:45 p.m.
 
Police say someone heard noises coming from an apparently unoccupied home, causing that person to call 911.
 
When police arrived on scene, they found two men in the home. Both of them ran from the scene.
 
Henderson Police caught up to one of the guys and he is now in custody. The other man was still on the loose as of 11 p.m. Wednesday.
 
Many agencies were involved in the search, including Henderson Police, Henderson K9, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department K9, and Nevada Highway Patrol.
 
Neighbors tell 13 Action News they were told to stay in their homes during the search.
