UPDATE: Mug shot released in Pokemon Go park shooting

UPDATE: Police have arrested Elvis Campos in connection to this shooting. Campos was arrested and transported to the Clark County Detention Center after receiving treatment at UMC.  He is currently facing charges of:

·         Robbery with a deadly weapon
·         Battery with a deadly weapon
·         Conspiracy to commit robbery
·         Assault with a deadly weapon
 
A juvenile was also arrested in connection with the event but due to the age, no information will be released on that subject.

 

ORIGINAL STORY:

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- 2 people, including one juvenile, have been arrested after a shooting involving Pokemon Go players at a park near Washington Avenue and Pecos Road Monday morning.

 
 
Reports say that a group of six people were playing Pokemon Go Sunday night. A male suspect pulled up to the group in a vehicle, got out, and attempted to rob the group at gunpoint.
 
One member of the group pulled out his firearm and exchanged gunfire with the suspect.
 

The suspect was one of the people hit and one of the victims also had to go to the hospital. Police expected both to survive.

Boby Craig was one of the people shot at.

"I got caught in the crossfire that's the part that sucks me minding my own business and I get caught in the crossfire," he said.

 
The incident is still under investigation.
