SWAT responded to a northwest Las Vegas home for a possible narcotics lab Wednesday.
Around 12:20 p.m., SWAT served a warrant for weapon and financial crimes at the home on Medicine Wheel Drive, near North El Capitan Way and West Grand Teton Drive.
During the search, SWAT noticed lab equipment. Around 5:45 p.m., the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's narcotics team arrived on site and found possible narcotics. The materials are currently being tested.
Inactive lab components were also found.
Police initially thought they found explosives but determined they were not.
