An individual was shot Saturday morning in the 2700 block of East Fremont Street near East Charleston Boulevard and North Mojave Road.
He was shot 3 times and transported to University Medical Center. He is stable at this time.
Police say they have detained a woman who is a person of interest.
The shooting was reported at 9:09 a.m.
