LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A group of parents in Nevada have made history by filing a complaint saying that K-12 school funding is unconstitutional.
The parents say the budget for schools fails to provide sufficient funding for students to be able to meet or exceed state standards.
Before this filing, Nevada was one of only 3 states that had not been sued over funding.
The full lawsuit can be viewed on Educate Nevada Now's website.
