HENDERSON (KTNV) — OSHA is now investigating a deadly accident at a quarry in Henderson.
We are told the incident happened last Friday.
Officials say a 42-year-old man died near MacDonald Highlands.
The cause of death was blunt force injuries and it was ruled an accident
